We have built up a long standing relationship with Lavish Group due to their commitment to health & safety, working out of normal business hours and very high standard of workmanship.
During Autumn of 2009 we had identified the need to re-furbish the two blocks of toilets inside the warehouse and requested capital expenditure for early 2010 to enable us to proceed with the project. This request was granted and I set about the task of putting out the project to tender.
Lavish was one of the companies who we invited to quote and we were subsequently visited by Ian Winter. Right from the outset Ian was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about the process including any Legal obligations we may have had to take into consideration.
This initial visit gave me the confidence to allocate the work to Lavish. Ian also highlighted all of the different options available to help us reduce the impact on the Environment like motion sensors for the lighting and auto stop taps.
Lavish commenced the refurbishment in January 2010 and at all times were professional in their approach and always responsive to any changes to the plans.
Ian provided me with all of the relevant Health and Safety information required and followed all of our site Safety Regulations vigilantly.
The project was completed on time and the workmanship was to a very high standard using all high quality fittings.
Lavish are one of our approved suppliers for civil engineering and building & maintenance work.
